What's the worst fashion crime you can commit when it comes to your working wardrobe?
According to the results of a new poll by stylecompare.co.uk, the answer isn't harem pants, lurex or flip flops but too much cleavage.
Six out of 10 bosses said low cut tops and dresses which showed a lot of cleavage were their top work fashion hate.
While cleavage came in as the number one work blunder, shabby clothes, UGG boots, piercings, fake tan and too much jewellery also made the list.
Not surprisingly, managers were not keen on visible underwear such as bra straps or thongs on show at work.
Julia Rebaudo, head of fashion at the site, said: "First impressions count for so much in an interview. Getting your outfit right is part and parcel of the preparation process."
